Game Thread 10/13
James Taylor is an odd dude.
It's not gonna be easy to get any runs off of Carmona....

Jason and I are off to find somewhere that will be playing the game. Hopefully there is a sports bar restaurant somewhere in Philly that will have it on.
I was just watching the game over at the Hive(a place to eat on campus) and met Kenny Lofton's cousin! Apparently he also had two cousins who played in the NFL, James Lofton and Steven Lofton, and another who's going into the NBA. He also had a basketball scholarship to UNC Chapel Hill himself but left after a year and a half. Must be an athletic family!
Funny, when Kenny Lofton played for the Yankees he seemed so, ah, out of place. In Cleveland, he's a star. And 40 y/o!
Manny puts us ahead. Then the other Manny walks the first batter he faces who, naturally, scores. I don't mind watching Shilling get hit, he'll never walk 'em in. Just throw strikes.
