Also, anyone know if you can upload a picture without it being automatically posted on the blog?
Also ALSO, there should be a way that our profile appears as a link from the names that come at the bottom of each post, rather than as a list at the top of the blog. I haven't seen such an option, if it exists.

I think the way to upload pictures without having them automatically posted on the blog would be to use that Hello/Friend thing, create a "friend" to be whatever other place you want the picture to go, and send the picture to that "friend." I don't think there's anywhere in Blogger.com itself for us to store pictures except by posting them directly on the blog. I wanted an online place to put pictures separate from this blog, so I opened a free account at webshots.com--Laura has one too--but that's a whole different process from the one in Picasa. Ack! It's all so high-tech!!
As for making the profile appear as a link, I'll bet that can be done using HTML in the blog template or someplace in the profile--but I dunno how. There are lots of things you can do to customize the blog if you know how. I would like to figure out how to customize the look of the whole blog, but so far it's beyond me.
