More on "An American Hero"
Here. Kennedy was 37 years old, and a US Senator, when he drowned Mary Jo Kopechne. The details are truly disturbing. The guy was a turd. Read a few paragraphs. I don't know if I can forgive the Red Sox for their idolatry.
"Kennedy's bid was hampered by questions of Chappaquiddick and by an interview with CBS Newsman Roger Mudd, who asked the straightforward question, 'Why do you want to be President?' Kennedy couldn't come up with a straightforward answer."
Hahahaha oh boy, that little bit there had me cracking up outloud in the middle of the library.
