More on the soccer tournament

Believe it or not, your bleached-blonde brother is being modest. His goal was the first one of the season for his team's official play, and it looked nearly impossible. He kicked it from the edge of the field near the school parking lot, intending it to be a cross for somebody else to put in. But instead, it floated over everyone's heads and past the goalie's outstretched hand into the tippy-top eastern corner of the goal. It was improbable enough to bring the crowd to its feet in astonishment. It helped win the game, too, since the final score was a tie which S-E won in penalty kicks. That game was played against Oneida, and the next night, against VVS, Justin Hodge as goalie had an amazing night to help SE win the tournament. If I find any newspaper coverage (perhaps in tomorrow's Norwich or Binghamton papers?) I'll post links. Meanwhile, here are a few pictures. I apologize for their blurriness. (Note to Santa: maybe the camera would like to get a zoom lens for Christmas.)

A, I thought your camera had a zoom lens. B, I doubt there are add-on zoom lenses available for that camera. C, he's not my brother.
