The three globular structures are poops, nothing weird there.
The big "eye" in the center is more concerning than the engine, IMO, especially with the hard, curved, radiopaque dorsocaudal border. No idea what it is, but the dog ate more than just an engine.
I saw this article a few days ago. Other than the engine and knives, the rest of them are not uncommon. The most common things pulled from dogs with dietary indiscretion are socks and women's underwear, in my experience.
