There's a full list here, but I think it's a little out of date. Adam Dunn and Pat Burrell are the two biggest bats after Teixeira and Manny, but I don't think we could fit them in anywhere.

I say get rid of Timlin. He is painful to watch.
Did anyone see the video of Manny saying "Good, good" after he was told the Red Sox lost last night?

Let Tek go unless he's incredibly cheap, which he might be considering the year he just had.
Do SOMETHING about Lugo. I don't know what they can do, but there must be some way they can not pay that salary of his, or trade him while covering his salary and get something worth it in return. Lowrie must stay.
I wouldn't mind them keeping Crisp/Ellsbury/Kotsay around. They're extremely useful. Casey isn't too important though.
Hang on to Lowell unless you sign Tex.
Schilling is probably about done.
Wakefield should be easy to keep.
Buchholz should stick around.
Masterson is awesome, but it's tough to say whether or not he should start, especially if Wakefield is there.
I don't care what happens with Timlin/Byrd/Lopez/Aardsma.
Definitely make an effort for Tex but don't go crazy for him, Lowell will be just fine if he's half the price (Could you imagine Tex in that lineup though, WITH Bay and Papi?).
Make an effort for one of the starters on that list (though preferrably not Lowe or Burnett). And shop for relievers. You really can never have too much pitching.
Also this isn't really the best reason to do something, but it's kind of disappointing when the Sox don't make any big free agent signings or trades in the offseason.
Oh and if Tek goes that's fine with me but a lot of that depends on what is available as a replacement. Who do the Sox have in the system and what other catchers are there around the league?
Manny will be a Yankee next year.

Lowell MUST stay. Tek should stay becuase his defense is like no other. Timlin has to go and they need one more good starting pitcher. T
