Luke, what they didn't tell you in the restaurant was that this is an anagram for Filleted Rotund Ex-Duck Pie. Now it probably makes a little more sense.
Conversely, or obtusely, it is also an anagram for Underfed Duck Exited Hilltop. Now THAT's something to think about. But I don't think I'd want to eat it.
