Would have been a touching video even if it cut off halfway through and was just interviewing that sweet old lady.
I saw a lot of coverage featuring the reporter in this clip...I hope she was a local reporter and not a national one because she was terrible...tone deaf and cold.

I agree about the reporter -- the poor lady had to ask for help to get her dog out! But still, one of the most touching clips I've ever seen.
