I looked him up to find out what this brilliant prognosticator is doing now. Ironically, he's selling a product -- Klein bottles -- on the Internet, at the most outdated-looking web page I've seen in a while:

http://www.kleinbottle.com/

He also has a wikipedia entry that describes him as a "mostly" stay-at-home dad. Can you imagine what he would have written in Newsweek if somebody had told him there'd be a do-it-yourself online encylopedia with entries written and edited by anyone who wants to?

Oh my god this is too funny.

I can't figure out what the hell you use these stupid Klein bottles for. He never says anywhere on the site that I can find. It's all just "THESE THINGS HAVE FANTASTIC MATHEMATICAL PROPERTIES!!!!"

This is why I don't like math people.

In his article it sounds like he went senile.
